At NJ Designpark, we want you to be satisfied with our products and services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.

1. General Refund Terms

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Refunds are only considered if the service has not been substantially used or accessed.
  • Once a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider).

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but no partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Services already delivered in full.
  • One-time setup, consultation, or customization fees.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases unless required by law.

4. Payment Methods

  • All refunds will be processed using the original payment method (Paddle, Razorpay, or PayPal).
  • We cannot issue refunds via alternative payment methods.
