At NJ Designpark, we want you to be satisfied with our products and services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.
1. General Refund Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Refunds are only considered if the service has not been substantially used or accessed.
- Once a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider).
2. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us.
- Cancellation will stop future billing, but no partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Services already delivered in full.
- One-time setup, consultation, or customization fees.
- Promotional or discounted purchases unless required by law.
4. Payment Methods
- All refunds will be processed using the original payment method (Paddle, Razorpay, or PayPal).
- We cannot issue refunds via alternative payment methods.
